Day 11- Manning gorge

Manning gorge was just out the back of the road house so we walked in there first. Need to swim the river to enter at first, luckily the had some half 44 gal drums for you to float your gear over in. Quite a challenging hike in, 3km of up and down and trail hard to follow. When we got to the water fall the water was flowing epicly across the entire rock face. Had a nice warm swim and went under the water fall, there was a good few metres in behind. Climbed up over the water fall, to find a pristine white beach in behind, it was very special. Stepped on a little green snake as I was looking around, thinking maybe a tree snake. Hiked back to camp, had a shower while the goings good and then topped up with fuel. Road still shut. Cup noodles for dinner.
