Day 7- 80 mile beach to Lenard river

Headed off at first light and then got organised at sand fire road house up the road. In Broome by 11. Went to cable beach and looked around town. Pretty flash place, a lot going on. Grabbed a quick pint, said hello to Dylo and got going to meet Fred at Roebuck road house. Went to derby for a final fuel stop, went to the prison boab tree and had a lookski of the mobs old hood before getting on the gibb. Camped up on the western side of Lennard river, just after the turnoff to widjana gorge. Sausages for dinner. Bugs bloody everywhere so got an early night.
